Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mobiafood.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We will require a photograph of the damaged product so we can investigate at which stage during transit the problem occured. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We will offer a full refund or exchange following proof showing damaged or soiled products.
