Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We will require a photograph of the damaged product so we can investigate at which stage during transit the problem occured. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We will offer a full refund or exchange following proof showing damaged or soiled products.
